During the early part of 2012 the Councillors and Officers at Harborough District Council have been putting together the final Budget details for the 2012/2013 financial year.  The plans having passed through the Scrutiny and Executive Committees, the Budget has then to be voted through by the Council.  Our commitment to freeze the level of Council Tax for another year, along with maintaining services, and funding a Transformation Programme will be the main plank of the debate.
